Call Opening Travel Grant: Inbound Key Technology Partnership (KTP) Visiting Fellow (VF) program of University of Technology Sydney (UTS)

 

The Dirección de Investigación (DINV) of the Vicerrectoría de Investigación (VRI) UC informs the call of the Inbound Key Technology Partnership (KTP) Visiting Fellow (VF) program of the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).

Objectives

To provide opportunities for long-term research engagement between UTS and the Key Technology Partners. The program provides support for researchers from UTS's KTP partners to travel to Sydney to collaborate on projects of mutual interest with UTS academics.

Benefits

  • 2 to 4 weeks in Sydney for collaborative research with UTS faculty (between August and November 2017).
  • Support for travel, accommodation (max AUD$246 per day) and living expenses (max AUD$153.85 per day) incurred in their stay at Sydney. Max AUD$10,000 per KTP institution. (1AUD is approximately 507CLP).

Requirements

-First time as a Visiting Fellow.

-Early and mid-career academics are strongly encouraged to apply.

Application deadline: the UTS host academic must submit a complete application online by 15 April 2017.
